THE HALL

The hall is just slightly larger than a badminton court. 2 Table Tennis have arrived and there is also an automatic ball delivery system as welltables plans are now afoot to take part in next years league.

Are you a ping pong dab hand?

The Resident Choir (Waterside Singers ) rehearse on a Monday afternoon, Short Mat bowls takes place twice on a Tuesday. Dance Mat sessions on a Friday, as well as a wide variety of other activities and clubs. As a general rule the hall is available most weekends.

Kitchen and toilet facilities are present. All areas are heated.

If the hall is not being used then it can be booked out with minimal effort. It never takes long to inflate the bouncy castle, or set out the equipment.

The Hall can be used as a venue for the younger age prom event, birthday parties, infact most of the things you would consider hiring a hall for. Unfortunately we cannot have alcohol on the premises and so we steer away from adult celebrations.

If you are considering booking the hall for a children’s birthday party, christmas party, junior prom event etc, then it is advisable to get the date booked up fast.

There are a number of car parks within walking distance of the hall. A parking permit is available to the organiser of each event to enable parking for longer than 1 hour in the immediate vicinity for each session.

The Hall can be hired with a bouncy castle (this is included in the hire cost), dance mats or karaoke (these will attract additional charges) The mimimum hire period is 3 hours for £45.00. Use our Booking Form - click on the menu button to the left - and you can get the hall hire in motion.
